Cocoa Cones

by katie anderson on January 7, 2009
Every year I try to come up with a new homemade gift that I can give to friends.  Last year I received one of these (that had been purchased) and I thought….’that is soo cute~I can do that’!  So, here is my semi-homemade version:

<br />

Cocoa Cones:
1/2 cup plus one Tablespoon of cocoa mix~you can make your own or use a store bought mix like I did. ;)
1/3 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup peppermint pieces
Directions:
Put cocoa mix into a 12 inch disposable decorating bag and close the top with a rubber band; trim off excess bag.
Place the first bag into a second bag.
Add marshmallows and peppermint pieces; close with a rubber band.
Stamp and punch out tags.  Add these instructions on the back: Divide cocoa mix between three mugs.  Add 6 oz. hot milk and the other ingredients.  Enjoy!
Tie tag on with decorative ribbon.

I used Daisy Bucket Designs shimmer paper ribbons in sugar(7802), chocolate(7805) and strawberry (7815); And these stamps: Circle tag stamp (5204), and For you senitment stamp (5053).
Super easy…and so festive!
Hugs!
Katie
